Class was great! Lots of knowledge in a comfortable environment. Plenty of practice and trades to leave the class with a strong understanding and be able to work in confidence!

Eren provided a well organized, intelligent CE class that is engaging for new therapists as well as seasoned practitioners.

The instructor was patient and knowledgeable. Eren provided a pleasant environment and was easily available to show the students as many times as it took to learn the material. Three thumbs up!

I found the class to be in-depth, interesting, and fun. They are knowledgeable in the subject, willing to help, patient. I have something new to help my clients. Thank you! Looking forward to more classes.

Eren's knowledge on subject and delivery of labs, ethics, and feeback is exceptional. I highly recommend!

Worth the time and money! Amazing instructor with an amazing environment!

Not only was the class informational and demonstrational but Eren's presence made it a great learning environment.

This class is informative, safe, and great hands on skills. I was so happy to learn many different approaches and techniques to help affect the body. I recommend this class to anyone interested, it was 10/10.

Eren is a grounded, knowledgable, skilled instructor and I can not express how appreciative I am for her instruction and topics approached.

Eren is a wondesful instructor. Her pace and style of teaching is extremely effective, and I really enjoyed the class! I'll be back!

This class was amazing. All therapists will benefit from both receiving and getting this work. The drive and the time invested is worth it.

Eren was a warm and easeful presence to be around all weekend. They created a safe space for all. I was hesitant to participate in this workshop because I have experienced a lot of trauma and I wasn't sure how it would be. I took breaks when I needed to, and Eren was curious and supportive of my process. I also appreciated how spacious and unrushed the class felt, though the material was thorough and inclusive. I would highly recommend this class, especially to anyone who is interested in opening their practice to include this much needed area of the body that gets neglected and feared.

Upcoming Classes

Anterior Trunk Massage

November 17, 2026, 6PM - 9PM Hillcrest Church Commons, Bellingham WA $30

The abdomen, chest, and sternum are often missing from massage school curricula, so many LMTs avoid these regions altogether, preventing clients from getting work done in these important areas. We'll cover the anatomy of the anterior trunk, indications and contraindications for working here, and take an honest look at breast tissue itself: what it is, who has it, and why so many practitioners avoid working with it. We'll also spend real time on boundaries and how informed consent works when you're moving into unfamiliar territory with a client.

More about this class

This is not a breast massage class and we won't be demonstrating or practicing any breast-specific techniques, but we will talk plainly about why breast-specific work matters and what it involves. This class is a great starting point if you're considering taking a breast massage class in the future.

In addition to lecture and discussion, I'll demonstrate abdomen and upper chest massage techniques, and then you'll have time to practice them with a partner, with hands-on feedback from me as you go. Come prepared to spend real time at the table and leave with techniques you can incorporate into your practice right away.
